Our 20” Selecting Hook is designed for butchers and other meat professionals. The extra long and sharp hook allows the user to easily pierce and handle small and large cuts of meat. Once on the hook, the meats can be efficiently cut, trimmed, and quartered. An orange plastic handle makes it easy to see in any workplace.
