Our SANI-SAFE® 6” Stiff Boning Knife is designed to tackle even some of the toughest cuts of meat, like beef and pork. The stiff blade will help cut into the meat and get out some of those larger bones. The handle on this knife is designed to fit comfortably in your hand, even while making cuts that take a bit more effort. While a flexible or thin boning knife may be able to tackle tough meats, it will be much more difficult without a blade designed for this exact purpose. If you do happen to prefer a different blade style, we also have narrow, flexible, curved, and wide versions of boning knives.(#1593)
