Product Description : If you are looking for a boning knife that can tackle all types of fish—from panfish to monster catches—our 8″ Traditional® fillet/boning knife is the right knife for the job. It can fillet and debone fish easily. This knife can even cut up smaller portions of beef or poultry if needed. If a different size blade is preferred, the Traditional® Series knife comes in 5, 6, and 7-inch versions as well. Over the course of use, the blade may develop a black patina on the surface, but this is natural and will not affect knife performance. (#2150)
